Knowledge is of no value unless you put it into practice.
~Anton Chekhov
I'm an education professional specializing in higher education, fraternity/sorority affairs, and team training and development. Over the past decade plus I have had the great fortune of working in the fraternity and sorority advising industry leading me to three different chief fraternity officer roles and international headquarters in different parts of the country. In these various roles I have gained experience in supervision, risk management and reduction, curriculum development, large and small group facilitation, strategic management, event planning, and facilities management.

I consider myself to be an active member of the fraternal movement. Whether it be for regional or national programs, I dedicate time to being a facilitator, program trainer, and committee member for a variety of fraternal organizations. I believe in the opportunities involvement in fraternities and sororities, as well as any campus involvement or volunteer work, can provide learners outside of the classroom. Skills learned, such as working with people, communicating effectively, budgeting, and meeting management, are essential to their development and future endeavors.

Outside of my work I claim to be a professional fan of the Boston Celtics and New York Yankees, an amateur runner, and a novice blogger. All of these hobbies have allowed me different avenues to interpret both my personal and professional leadership development. Please explore my site to experience the array of competencies in my repertoire.
